Our Strategic Asset Origination Partners (SAOPs) act as the first gatekeepers in our trust’s asset onboarding process, serving as sovereign liaisons for the identification and presentation of verified resource assets suitable for inclusion into our institutional-grade trust structure.

The Strategic Origination Process:
1. Partnership Alignment: A formal Origination Partnership Agreement is executed, outlining obligations, confidentiality terms, and outcome-based incentives.
2. Asset Curation & Documentation: Partners present assets with full ownership trail, legal documentation, and basic feasibility indicators.
3. Institutional Due Diligence: Our internal Legal, Compliance, and Geospatial Review Units conduct technical, legal, and ESG-based vetting.
4. Trust Enrollment: Qualified assets are registered into Sunz Holding Trust with a formal Trust Asset Certificate issued.
5. Performance-Based Compensation: SAOPs are rewarded in accordance with the strategic value of the asset—this may include equity units in the Trust, origination fees, or structured compensation packages.
